One Day Mad People Shall Rule the World

Honestly, I don’t know how to start this. Some say writing is an art that is mastered over years of study; others think it’s a talent for boring human beings, while others say it’s an expression, an outlet like talking, singing, wailing, they say writing too, is a way for people to get things out of their systems. The outcome may not be prudent all the time, may not be furtive, may not be extraordinary; sometimes it’s just senseless or lame, but, well, at least you get to communicate.

Of course, for me, I don’t know what writing is, I just get myself talking to myself sometimes, and boom, it’s on paper. Just a meek conversation.

Lately I have been reading about new age writing and wow, guys are evolved and others are weird, but wow.

I am going to talk to myself now. A good friend of mine told me it’s talking with the inner being. Please, if you get to go through this literature, don’t ask me if it’s a biography, sci-fi, non-fiction, fantasy, or any other genre you know, it’s not all that. It’s just a piece of writing. All you need to do is employ imagination.

I am probably putting on a weird smile right now. 80% of people who personally know me usually say that they don’t trust the smile. Some say it’s sadist, others think it’s creepy. I say it’s tranquil and allows me to open up. Trust me, if you having a conversation with someone and they don’t smile at any point of your conversation, they are probably reading from a script or are just straight-faced lying to you, because it’s pretty easy to do so.

So, what do you normally do with your 5 senses? For those who have 5.

My girlfriend claims to have a sixth sense and I totally agree if anyone has a contrary opinion, please I urge you to keep your findings as they may not do any good at the moment.

Eyes, nose, ears, mouth, and nerves. Basically, those are the 5 elements that give us sense. Am I right? Well, let's talk about them a little.

Song of Solomon 1:14-16

My beloved is to me a cluster of henna blossoms in the vineyards of En-gedi. How beautiful you are, my darling! Oh, how very beautiful! Your eyes are like doves. How handsome you are, my beloved! Oh, how delightful! The soft grass is our bed.…

An extract quoted from the Holy Book. Solomon talks about beauty and talks about the eyes. The eyes are awesome features to us because they tell a lot. With the beautiful eyes you have been blessed with, what do you do with your sight? Do you look or do you see?

Many people don’t see things. They get to look at how tall, short, large, tiny, beautiful things are, and that’s all they get. They just don’t know what they always miss. When you were born and those large beautiful eyes first saw light, that’s when you got the freedom to choose what you feed your sight.

Luke 11:34

Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your vision is clear, your whole body also is full of light. But when it is poor, your body is full of darkness.

We ought to see It should be possible to see beyond the light. We should use our eyes to see the good in people, situations, and places. The sight we have is much stronger than the two globes in front of our eyes, which allow the brain to interpret the objects in our environment. The blind can see deeper than a person with no visual impairment if the person does not allow their inner sight to be free.

The things we see and feed into our brains make us. If you decide to see well, you will be perky and happy. You decide to see bad. That’s when you get yourself so dark inside that every single thing that comes to you is always evil, depraved, and you seldom expect decent news.

With our sight, we make apparitions and ideas, but with no clear sight of what, or where, or who we want and have in our lives, we perish as we lack the vision. We lack a clear sight. We lack the light.

Song of Solomon 7:4

Your neck is like a tower made of ivory; your eyes are like the pools of Heshbon by the gate of Bath-rabbim; your nose is like the tower of Lebanon facing toward Damascus.

To be honest, this guy, Solomon, was quite a charmer. Wisdom is certainly an important tool in getting yourself a "Proverbs 31" kind of wife, isn’t it?

The nose is of vital importance in our faces. If you think you are smart enough, try imagining yourself without a nose. That’s how we turn a 10 into a 1, if you're lucky. One vital thing I can say on the nose: please my people, learn to keep your nose out off other people’s businesses, saves you a lot of everything.

Ever wondered why you have a pair of ears? Well, I don’t know also, just try going back to your science or biology books. I was not so good at such details.

Song of Solomon 2:14

let me listen to your voice; for your voice is sweet, and your countenance is lovely.

This guy sure used his ears well. You either just hear, or you listen. Talking at a neutral ground. Most of the time, opportunities pass us by because we hear too much. We are too fast to hear what is being said and we mostly forget to listen to the person saying it.

You go to an interview, you are too nervous, you end up hearing tonnes of zeros and ones and not listening to a word you told in there, and you blow it up.

You meet an amiable lady/gent and manage to get a date, since probably your first impression was impaired by the looks or the situation was just too good. But, after the first date, your partner doesn’t feel the need to see you again as you couldn’t connect with them. Why is this? Well, you can’t bond with someone if all you do is hear the person talk. Listen to the person. You won’t regret it.

The mouth is a pretty vast subject. I won’t talk about it much; maybe just quote a verse and scrupulously let you figure out what you want to tête-à-tête a person. Most of the time, we say pretty nasty things and end up regretting them. That is proper since, customarily, we never take our time to think about what we want to talk about. We just barf words that come first in the tiny dictionaries in our minds.

Psalm 12:3-4

May the LORD cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that speaks proud things. They say, “With our tongues we will prevail. We own our lips— who can be our master?”

You probably waiting for me to talk about the sense of feel, the art of touch, lol, no way.

So my friends tell me I speak too much. Well, I am going to stop right now since I am probably saying a lot of things with no sagacity, since I am probably starving and would like to keep my stomach busy as well.

I appreciate you taking your time to read about how weird I talk to myself.

As crazy as it sounds, it feels good.

It’s sometimes nice to embrace your madness; “one day the mad shall rule the world.”
